Tornado Shelter Interest in Tennessee

Tornado shelter interest is running high across Middle Tennessee in the wake of the killer tornadoes in Oklahoma last month.   Shelters save a lot of lives in the Moore, Oklahoma, EF-5 of May 20th and not one person in a shelter was killed.   This article from the Tennessean newspaper in Nashville looks into the increasing shelter demand.  Interestingly, the article notes that home builders are also showing interest in the including shelters in new homes they build.  Would you be more inclined to buy a home with a shelter versus one without?
